At the heart of what we do is the facilitation of change.
We can and do train people in how to do it.
We can and do ensure a good conceptual understanding.
But it all seems a little shallow if we don’t “walk the talk”.
So for those who want direct support, as well as or perhaps instead of the theory and the practice, we also provide coaching and mentoring programs. What’s the difference? Very subtle. Let’s have a chat about it.
SALAD has been delivering training courses for over 10 years using our own trainers, and key selected external trainers. We are proud to have been directly involved in guiding and facilitating change for over 1,000 people, and indirectly for many thousands.
We now have our own dedicated training centre. Located in the Hampshire countryside, easily reached from London, Heathrow and Gatwick (and Southampton International Airport, if that’s easier), it’s a breath of fresh air. Literally. No more tired hotel rooms and underground windowless tombs for our key events.
We hope also to take our events “on the road”. When we do, we will wherever possible avoid the city centre.
Our trainings are small events. Usually no more than 20 people. This is a great number to learn with, while still receiving great attention.
We have a range of products to promote learning and improving skills in NLP and hypnosis, directly and indirectly.
Our DVDs have videos of content, both theory and practice.
Our CDs and MP3s provide audio content for focussed study and background absorption.
Our famous card decks are great learning, rehearsing, skills-building agents of change.
And our sister site, MyNLPResources (shortly to be redeveloped), has a wealth of online learning material.
We will be launching online trainings for those who cannot get to our training events. (Just as soon as we possibly can !)
